IT GIVES ME GREAT PLEASURE to inform you that I have entered the race for County Judge Executive of Pendleton County.  I have had the privilege of being a classroom teacher in the Pendleton County School System for 23 years.  Throughout those years, I have advocated that our students get involved in service and become active participants in our community. With this premise in mind, it has been my motivation in making this announcement for public office.

As a farmer I have learned not to dwell on the past, but to keep a clear eye on the future. My vision for Pendleton County consists of three objectives:

Educate a skilled and productive workforce

Promote a vibrant community for our citizens of today and tomorrow
with a “We can do attitude!”

Communicate to the citizens a transparent government
  which listens, responds and reports

For my goals to become true, I must have a strong and well organized campaign.  As you know being an educator has been my passion since High School. Teaching comes with worth to the “soul,” but not much for the wallet. Unfortunately I do not have a campaign “war chest” to purchase marketing materials such as signs, brochures, advertisement, and mailings. Therefore, I am requesting from my friends and family who know me the best for a monetary donation to my campaign. Your donation of $25, $50, $100, $250, $500 or $1000 will allow me to reach the Citizens of Pendleton County.

Your early contribution, made payable to Andrew Coleman Campaign will give our race a tremendous boost. I have enclosed a reply sheet and a self-addressed stamped envelope. I hope you will use them to return your personal check and help me bring a better government to the people of Pendleton County.

Your contribution will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your encouragement and support.
